Education

One of the main aims of FIMS is "to promote the study and development of Sports Medicine throughout the world". This commitment to education is shown in an undertaking of continuous development through FIMS' Team Physician Courses. These courses are run over a few days at continental and national level and include the FIMS Team Physician Development Course (TPDC), and teh FIMS Advanced Team Physician Course (ATPC). Local and international speakers are invited to take part in each course. The course content and oversight of these courses is the reposnibility of the Education Commission of FIMS. These courses are presented regularly in different regions.
