FIMS is governed by:

· The Council of Delegates, which is made up of one representative from each
  of the National Member Associations.

· The Executive Committee, consisting of a President, four Vice-Presidents, a
  Secretary General, a Treasurer, and eight elected members. The FIMS Council of
  Delegates elects the Executive Committee for a term of four years. The
  Executive Committee meets at least twice annually to transact the business of
  FIMS as empowered by the Council of Delegates.

· The Bureau, made up of the President, one of the Vice-Presidents, the Secretary
  General and the Treasurer.

· The General Assembly, which is composed of the members of the Council of
  Delegates,  the Executive Committee, representatives of FIMS multinational
  associations and FIMS honorary members, as well as FIMS Individual and
  Associate members.
