TEB Indexed in Scopus: A New Milestone for a FIMS Partner Journal

The International Federation of Sports Medicine (FIMS) is pleased to congratulate Translational Exercise Biomedicine (TEB) on its successful inclusion in Scopus, one of the world's leading abstract and citation databases for peer-reviewed scientific literature.

This important achievement marks a significant milestone in the journal's growth and reflects the high scientific and editorial standards that TEB has consistently pursued. Inclusion in Scopus is widely recognized as an indicator of quality, credibility, and international impact, as journals must meet rigorous evaluation criteria before being accepted.

TEB is an international scholarly journal co-hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Guangzhou Sport University and published by De Gruyter Brill. The journal focuses on translational research in exercise and health, helping bridge the gap between scientific discovery and practical applications that improve human health and physical performance.

In September 2025, FIMS and TEB signed a formal collaboration agreement aimed at promoting research dissemination, scientific exchange, education, and global advocacy in sports and exercise medicine. The journal's successful indexing in Scopus represents a further step forward in strengthening the visibility and impact of research in these fields.

In addition to Scopus, TEB is currently indexed in EBSCO, DOAJ, and OARL, underscoring its growing international recognition and commitment to publishing excellence. The journal is expected to receive its first CiteScore in June 2027.
